I did my last day at work yesterday - going in next Tuesday to be taken out for lunch then I am officially retired. Lovely feeling I must admit!!!

Now I can concentrate on the big move!

Libby, yes that recipe can be made with peaches, I made one with crushed pineapple (drain it well) and it was delicious.

One of my dear old Pensioners passed away yesterday, dear old George was 101 on the 31st July last. Bless him, he was the dearest kindest gentleman you would every meet. RIP George ♥

Purple - hope you are feeling better!! When my mother had a really bad chest/cough - I rang the nurse as I was worried and she advised me to give her hot drinks (soup/tea or any hot liquids) as very soothing for the lungs apparently.
