Well everyone is time for this old dog to head for the kennel........been a very long day with the OH up just after 5 to go chase little white balls......makes a long day of it.

My son is coming down 2 morrow arvo late and well go down and give Mother her dinner or attempt to:( Its very hard for him to see his Gran like she is as he went through so much similar when my late hubby was in the Hospice........sometimes i think hes had way too much to try and cope with:(.......and the Angel comes down late on Friday arvo so that will be wonderful

Hi dame - hoping your foot is getting better and not being too hard on yourself with that diet! My sister recommends a 'cleanse' for dieters - first a detox and then the liver (she is a naturopath). I just bought some from the chemist for myself and the OH.
