> Went to church this morning and got a hug and met some nice people it felt great singing and listening to scripture I will def go again.
> I have decided to try to give up the grog for good I feel my health is going down the tubes I googled cirociss of the liver and had most of the symptons, I had 1 glass of wine last night and paid for it big time with my guts. I guess I've been binge drinking for 23 years except when I was pregnant and breastfeeding and its caught up with me. I had my first drink at about 4 or 5 drinking Nanna's shandi's and I got blind at 12 or 13 on port. My dad died from alchocolism and Grandad died from cirosis of the liver.

Hi Everyone,
Hope all have had a good day.We haven't caught up with my step dad or my FIL today,Stepdad is out and about all day and we had football so will catch up with him tomorrow.FIl rang this morning and is not feeling well and was spending the day in bed. Will ring him shortly to see how he's doing,i'm a bit worried about him as he has been diagonosed with a serious heart problem.I'm thinking of ringing his heart specialsit to get him in sooner than his next appointment he's a very stubborn man when it comes to his health.

Hi Libby and i had a smile on my face about your note about your FIL it is a known fact that they become more stubborn the older they get..........i do hope he is ok:)

We have some great op shops on the coast and have picked up some wonderful stuff over the years

Hope you are going to have a nice week:)

Good evening everyone.
We had a family dinner tonight, which was lovely. I was dobbed in bigtime though, lol.
Master 2 didn't want to eat his dinner and mum and dad insisted. He looked at me, held out one hand and said
"help me nana"
with the saddest face! We all could not help laughing though!:^O

:^O Karen. They are so cute at that age.

Not much happening here. Got my bookings for my trip to Newcastle on 17th this month. Then my trip to Townsville on 12th October. In between have to get things ready for the road trip. Plus fit in my PT sessions. At least I will be busy. Used to complain I had nothing to do. Can not say that now. LOL
