Karen hope your sister's partner is ok.
Well the kids have gone to the airport to catch their flight. I hope they have a great time with their family over there. They will see their new niece for the first time this. So that will be exciting for them. Plus they will celebrate their Hari Raya there as well.
Well I am going for my injection this morning. So not looking forward to it. Will have PT first. Then take it easy for the remainder of the day. Got to pack for my trip tomorrow.
Have a great day everyone. BBL

Got my cortisone injected. Starting to feel a little pain now but have taken pain killers. Other than having PT this morning and the injection nothing much happening. Feeling better as well.

JVH - good for your son stepping in to back you up with that doctor!! Interesting welsh quote - 'The last mile is the hardest' - too true - actually I hail from Wales - was born in North Wales (Bangor) - my father used to play soccer for Bangor city. People can never figure my accent (lived in UK, USA and Australia) bit of a mix. Always call Australia home.
Hi Dame - hope you managed to 'off' all that tint - and also hope you are enjoying some lovely sunshine! You certainly should be first in line for some great karma with all your wonderful efforts!
Karen hope all is well with your sister's partner - and best of luck with your temporary increased household.
Pjbear fingers crossed you have a good result re your blood test!
Purple - looking forward for updates on your trip.
Hey libby - hope all going well with your son and his sore foot. How did he go with his ultra? Hope things have settled down your end!
Nef it's about time some positives happen in your life. Sending great vibes your way - for great things!
Finished my babysitting stint for the day without drama lol. Also bought a pressie for my great-neices 1st b/day on the weekend. After which staying the night in the city with my 5yr old neice and going to the royal melb. show - big treat for both of us! Just resting up the foot in hope I can drag myself around.
Have a sunshiney day everyone!
