It is rather windy up my way today and I think we may be going to get some of that dust which is a begga cos I have just finished cleaning up from the last lot:(

You are orgainsed Purps, my grandies are just getting dollars this year as I am finding it too hard to work out pressies for them, they are older now so I think the dollars are the best way to go but I miss wrapping the pressies!

Please pass on my best wishes to Pauline and my prayers Tas, you are a good friend, I remember last time she was hospitalised how you were there for her always♥

Good morning everyone. Pauline is in the OR right now, but I was able to speak to her briefly earlier this morning. She is in good spirits and humour and sends her warmest wishes to everyone here.

She says "ask them to eat lots of goodies for me today, a few lollies, some cake, and a nice cup of hot chocolate" ... :^O

I'll be in touch with her again later tomorrow night when the anaesthetic has worn off and if she feels well enough to chat a little.

Ooops sorry Pauline, I forgot to wish you well. Hope all went well with the surgery if you have had it. Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery.

Well got the presents on layby. Got my boots and some thick socks. Oh and a giggle hat from the disposal store. So I am ready for hiking. Also got a pair of bootleg legs for $7 from Target. So I am happy with my buys for the day.

Feel like a nanna nap but might head up to Bunnings. Need a piece of dowling to hang the curtain on in the camper. R is doing the drawers for the ute. So things are coming along nicely.

The family and i are just in from the nursing home........the OH and myself visiting her this am...........draining to see her as she is.........but when we left just half an hour ago she seemed very peaceful ........although certainly not drifting..........she is still conscious and seemed to be able to hear a few things. Wonderful to have my family with me and we are about to have some take out Chinese.........although for some reason seem to have lost my appetite.........undoubtedly all the stress:(

Thinking of you all..........and Bear you keep on chugging girl..........hope everything goes well with the procedure:)
