Lily so sorry to hear that things are not well for you. I think excercise and a good eating plan does wonders. Went to a dietitican and she set me on track. As you know I did a lot of gym work. PT is what has really helped me. It is expensive. I found walking to be very benefical. Then just cutting out the silly stuff. LOL but you already know that. Taking that first step is the hardest. Oh and I am full of arthritis and bursitis as well. Exercise helps that as well. Will get off my soapbox now.
JV hope things are not too tough for you atm.

Lily I may have an answer to your job hunting, would you be interested in being an on call nurse assesor? You only asses people by phone so there is no travelling to peoples houses?
Jv, remember to rest up and look after yourself.
.Dame you'll be on the road ,burning rubber and kicking up the dust before you know it....
am a bit tired tonight, been to church today and have been sorting through papers and old bills,, gag..what a job!!!
have a sore throat and headache atm, and my glands are swollen..my friend rang me this morning to tell me she has the mumps..I saw her last week, so i had better not get it..thats something I dont need, but I reckon after a good nights sleep i should be okay, I have the dentist tomorrow.
my friend lost her aunty on friday, and her cousin will not elaborate on funeral details...grrr he has had nought to do with his mum for a couple of years, she gets ill and he is all over her like a rash...

Pj I have sent you my address for the cd, 4got to add I am happy to pay postage. I listened to my Hillsong cd 3 times on Saturday, lol.
I was up until 3am playing Farmtown and Cafe World I had 3 cups of coffee all night and finally went to bed at around 4am. I set the alarm for 8.30 4 church my mind wanted to go but my body wouldnt budge I stayed in bed I think the devil thought up those games 2 prevent me from going to church, lol.
I had someone from church ring me to see if I was ok and C I said all is well stayed up too late. I must learn self control early nights before church, lol.
