Yes be annoyed

I felt the same way with some of my friends so I stopped phoning them.  After some time I started to get calls from them to make sure that I was still alive.

I think that is a fact of life, some do, some don't. I have a very good friend who usually phones me first... every time.... but in my defence, I hate talking on the phone.

It never used to bother me, if I heard that they were sick or in hospital (always heard third party) I'd phone or visit them.  I'd listen to thier troubles, but never once have they done the same.

I'm very tired today, so maybe I'm just extra sensitive

go around tellin' your friends in front of a crowd  that they're 'wrong' aye

blunt, rude, no flamin' wonder if they've got a problem, aye 

Every so often I go through that with friends and think well I phone the last two times

 so now it's their turn.  Natural to be annoyed, friendship should be a two way thing, 

but it's not always easy.  

just do what i do dont have friends

yeh, i was the same and my hubby always used to say to me that friends are more trouble then they are worth.
