It will be frustrating for him being on crutches - hopefully it won't be for long. Hi pjbear - doesn't it feel great when you get your fridge nice and clean? Bit naughty here - we have 2 large fridges and 4 bar/wine ones - so I tend to clean them by rotation lol! Hiya libby - how's it going in lovely Adelaide? Waves to dame, lily, purple, kezza, scatty, dancing and everyone! Left some flowers on my nephews grave - was pleased to see others had left also - but can't get my head around some of his mates leaving empty beer bottles amongst them - (guess it is the young lad way of paying respects) - I was all alone in the whole cemetary it felt both peaceful and sad.

Hugs Miss and so sad when a young life has been cut so short........one always thinks they never got the chance to reach their full potential.........i guess some questions we simply never know the answer to:(

Well my late hubby did but then he was military.......son is the same.......and thank goodness never went through that yelling stage of hounding him to pick up everything.

The OH is reasonably good but if hes doing home handy stuff i have to get in and clean it all up........after finishing doing whatever i have been doing ie painting whatever:(

Goooooooooooooood morning all and another full on day complete with humidity stretches in front of me.............got an agent running his eye over mothers place.........i really dont know what to do with it.......but have to start somewhere getting a ball park figure etc.
My son wants me to put tenants in it.......but after having tenants in properties in Brisbane........and having the wonderful job of cleaning up after the grotty pigs...having in one case to totally re do a garden as they were too lazy to water the plants.....im dead set against that........so can see a big collision course coming up.

Dont you just love it when the child thinks it can assume the mantle of parent at quite an early age:( Whinge over for now:)

JV my hubby was in the army as well. He had a dad who was a carpenter and was so neat and tidy. Hubby was his apprentice and all I can say is I wish it had rubbed off on him. The talent for carpentry did but not the neatness. LOL

Hi pjbear - I just finished reading your thread regards your bad day - wow hope today is much better. You should just get your visitors to block the rude lady in who is using your driveway - inconvenience her as she has inconvenienced you. Appalling the way you were treated at Macca's - no excuse for that - I'm sure the Manager would appreciate your input. Sorry you went through that.

Hi Miss and well there is just so much stuff in the house and in respect to mother i always tried to keep the house the way she liked it messy with stuff everywhere:)

I could go either way with it........put in renters or sell it........not a good time to sell.......but either way it has to have a lot of work done to it:( Thanks for asking after the boy.......he rang me as he was walking out of the surgeon he has a lot of fluid in the knee according to the Doc........at this stage not surgery but a lot of rounds at the physio.....i was all organised to go up and take care of him for a couple of weeks if he had had to have the knife.......couldnt put any more pressure on the Angel:)

So will have to see how he goes with physio.......and all contact sports are out........so hes pretty dirty over that:(

Gooooooooooooooood morning from the fabulous Gold coast...........where its going to be as humid as hell all day:(

Cleaning up at the house yesterday.........saw a very large snake on the path........sunning itself........luckily the doggie was in the house and no harm done........but boy do i loathe with a passion snakes.......i dont really know what purpose they serve:(

Going out to the garage sales very soon........always something interesting for sale in this area.........always people moving in or out of the area.......always makes for interesting garage sales:)

My step dad seems to be taking well to respite, he is a lot quieter now, which makes things easier, he is starting to not recognise some people now, he has settled down about me so that makes things good.
