Morning all :-x I was up early this morning a first for me for ages. I went for a walk to the shops on Saturday and mowed the yard yesterday so I reckon the exercise is doing me good so I plan on going for a walk with the pooch this arvo. Purps I wish there was a chill in the air up here I had a cold shower at 7am, u would like being in the Military camping out. Pct please point out the nice spots in Tas cause me and PJ are thinking of moving to escape this darn heat, lol. pmsl @ Pj and the red pee, lol. Scatty glad yr back & chatty. Yes kezza thats so true in point of fact we are going to buy her a bottle and couple of bottles of coke.

I caught up with her today for coffee....and already her skin has a horrid colour to it:( but she was laughing and cracking hardy is one tough elder lady statesman:)

LOL thats funny PJ 🙂 Hello everyone thanks for the well wishes, well I passed the saftey check have no idea how we did but I am one happy snap! I celebrated with fudge cake and coffee at the local cafe lol Now all I have to do is get my health on track and I will be able to do some more caring for children. I will see the doctor when I get back from my break away. I've go the plumber coming in to install a new temp regulation gauge (so I can control the temp in the shower) and hand shower for the girls. All while I am away, like it that way lol Then OH gets to deal with it!!! Anyway hope you are all having a great day 🙂

Good evening to the thread and hi everyone♥ I am home and had such a wonderful break, could not even begin to describe what I did but I went everywhere man lol The highlight of the trip was the boat cruise and the place where I stayed was superb and I lived in the pool and had the air con on24/7 was darn hot. I will post some pics later in the week. Who dared to send Rosieglen to ebali (shame on them) Miss so sorry to hear of your OHs problem, mr beam has has a problem with depression for a while and he is on Citalopram 20mg one a day and they helped immensely. Chatty gal great to see you and I do hope the lil princesses are well♥ Purps hope the hay fever is better Jen sending you hugs and hope each day is getting better for you and sorry to hear about your friend:( May I just say it saddens me to see rubbish bought to this thread, it is the reason I deleted the original friendship thread, surely there are other areas on this board that this stuff can be sorted out in. Hi Dame and that is one brilliant anti depressant.......i was put on that but 30mg a day when i was doing treatment.....wasnt coping well with that plus mother plus other massive issues:)

I came home to 84 emails lol and have been going through them, slowly:) I have amongst them a few that have asked me to start another depression thread, I have been thinking about it for a while, and if some of this thread thinks one needs to be started, just let me know your feelings about it and we can maybe toss it around:)
