Had a great day yesterday. Not much happening today. Just a big clean out again. Will probably watch the start of the big race. Will be keeping an eye out as to where they are. We are going to head over to see them come into Hobart, Monday.

PJ hope you are feeling okay and will be out of hospital soon.

Oh wow how lucky is that i saw the race come up the Derwent in 85 or 86........stayed out at a hotel just pass the Casino...........was an amazing site...........just love the constitution dock the markets are amazing:)

She is in hospital and will be there by the look of it until after Christmas, but is going to recover and hopefully be home by New Years Day. Pauline sends her warmest wishes, and says "Merry Christmas to you all, wishing you a wonderful day tomorrow, and will be thinking of you" ... :-x She also asks that you keep her in your prayers and thoughts, and you will be in hers .... :-x

Goooooooood morning all and just waiting for my sons Angel to arrive.....shes having a few days with us whilst Sonny Boy works....

We have had 30 mils of rain over night.........at least a little relief from the heat but not much:( and wont have to water the neighbourhood gardens today either:)

Good morning. Expecting a few warmer days here this week. R will be happy.

Not much planned again today. Figure too many people around with the holiday weekend. Tomorrow we will go to watch the yachts come in. Then for the rest of the week not sure. I do know I am going into Hobart on Thursday for the food and wine festival. R hates the crowds so will drop me off and I will catch the bus back.

I am still walking and doing push ups etc. Have gained a little weight but not much. Hoping it is muscle and not fat. Yeah well I keep telling myself that. lol. Too much good food I think.

JV it will be nice for you to have dil for a few days. I miss my girls. I am hoping to fly up in May for a week or so. Probably told everyone that already. lol

I am still sniffling and sneezing. So over the blasted thing. Although not as much as I was. Eyes still feel a bit dry and itchy at times. Still putting drops in them and cortisone cream around them. Hopefully it will clear soon.

Bit emotional thisafternoon as my sister and her family left 6.00am this morning and I've been blubbering ever since. I'm so happy though that they were here - I just miss them so much. House seems so empty now.

Hi Miss and can well imagine that you must be missing your sister and the family so much..........family is just so important and its a shame that some folks just dont place the family right at the top of the list.

So glad the turkey turned out ok.........been meaning to add you on Facebook..........could you please message me and we can exchange details........would love to see the pic of the turkey.............its really quite a feat to get one cooked right........i have a frozen one self basting in the freezer........but cant bear the thought of having the oven on for a few hours as its still humid and sultry:(
