My neice is home from hols but has an ultra sound today at the childrens - (check up) - however her blood work came back great so hoping for another 'happy dance'.

Hi Miss and thats marvellous news about the little niece.........nothing more important than good health:)..............I basically cant see Chrissie coming out of a care type situation.....to complicate matters she is allergic to a lot of components in the pain killers....as if she doesnt have enough issues to try and deal with:(

New place is going great someone gave me a washing machine the other day its an oldie but a goodie, lol. Pity it doesnt hang the washing out as well, fold it and bring it in, lol.
No austar in the unit but normal tele is ok ads drive me crazy but u get them on pay as well we are watching heaps of movies picking some cheapies up on ebay I am thinking of getting select tv $22 a month but not as much channel as pay.
I didnt get a job just after chrissy and I didnt cry all day I was pos I'd get it, never mind.
My nursing degree starts soon not looking forward to the assignments etc I'd rather be earning than learning still looking forwork though hoping something will pop up its a bit quite atm.
I love doing the housework in my new place and its so compact it takes no time at all I finally have all my furniture in its a bit cost but it saves it all being out in the rain. I bought a modular lounge in 2006 its only fitted in 1 house comfortably but I reckon the way I have it set up looks great 🙂

Hugs Kezza and of course hugs for the little one as well.........yes i bet you will have assignments coming out your ears.......one sort of gets out of the swing of study but it will all be easy peasy once you get into the swing of things.......so glad the new place is a lot better than the last one.....at least you got rid of that horrid landlord

Yes all the Mums and Dads are wanting the holidays to end.......a young plumber i know keeps wanting me to adopt his 2 ankle biters, are driving his wife nutso:)

Not much to report here - back at work with a vengeance!
I do feel for all of you suffering the extreme heat. - commiserations.:-(
Here in Wollongong we've had a few hot days but the afternoon sea breeze appears most days. Some days I work in western Sydney and there's a spot on the road home when I swear you can feel the temperature drop! True!:-)

Glad your new home is working out kezza - never fear the school year is just around the corner! and hope you enjoy your nursing studies.

jvh - glad Chrissie's relatives are staying with her for a good while.:-) Zofran is a miracle drug for nausea - is she on that?

My old Scattycat is so well, I can't believe it's only a few months since I thought I would lose him! - but he's picked up some fleas from who knows where (he never goes outside) so I'm into the Frontline/carpet spraying etc bigtime!
As that's my biggest worry atm you can tell all is well here.

Marvellous news on the old Scattycat as well.......sometimes they can pick up sand fleas no matter how clean the house etc........but thankfully that is the only problem:)
