We do get days of high temperatures but they don't usually last long before we got lovely weather of no more than 24 to 25˚, so I don't complain... especially as am familiar with it.

It can knock the Tasmanians around a bit tho.

Big fires north of Hobart, just hope they don't start up down here...

It was very hot here yesterday untill we had a thunderstorm and rain it cool it down for a while.  It is now heating up again today.

Morning all 🙂  only  23˚ here at present, but is bound to warm up, expecting 27˚... no I'm not going to complain after the other day at 39˚ here and over 50˚ up in the bushfire area... yes of course it was caused by the fires, but really that is OTT :_|

Darki. Don't be upset by the signs. As a former Agent I have had literally thousands erected over 30 plus years. The main reason they are put up is to catch the attention of local residents and passer bys. It is amazing how many sales are made to relatives or friends of people who spot the sign and tell their friends. Quite often these people are not locals and would not see either the sign or advertising. This is really forward thinking by your agent.
