Recieved my refund for my gas bottle yesterday but it takes 3 days for it to clear typical I was hoping for some extra $$$ for the weekend but like most things thy take time etc etc, lol NOT!!
Uni starts on the 15th of Feb O week not looking forward to studying in a way i would rather be earning than learning but what can u do. In another way I'm looking forward to it being apart of something and learning
One subject is comprised of the learning of the fundamentals of chemistry and biological chemistry sounds interesting.
JV sorry to hear of yr friends situation the male owner of the unit I'm in died the other day he was very young and had 2 little girls one 8 month old and one 3 year old very sad.
Miss hope yr niece enjoyed the sleepover its always good to hand them back though, lol.

Hi kezza your course sounds very ineteresting I'm sure once you get into it - you will be finished in no time! You still have a few weeks to enjoy some r and r too! Such a shame regards the owner of your unit - was very saddened to read that.

Best Ever Chocolate Cake

2 cups s/r flour
125g butter nearly melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup of coco powder
1/2 cup of milk
2 tsp (teaspoons) baking soda
1 tsp " " vanilla essence
1 cup of coco chips or melts

method
Cream butter and sugar and coco beat well and eggs one at a time beating well at each addition, Dissolve soda in milk add to mixture alternatively with flour add coco chips then add boiling water to mix add vanilla and blend thorouhgly bake180 1 hour check 45 minutes
fanbake 180 35 minutes
leave in oven for ten minutes after turning oven off.

ICING
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
1/2 cup of dark chocolate

melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water cool for 5 min
stir in sour cream till smooth and creammy then ice cake

ENJOY 🙂
