I was just thinking about this again...   I've already touched on the ignore feature provided by eBay, but now I am wondering about the section in "Socially" - "Excluding".....   If a person wanted to join one of the private groups here on eBay, if their application was not successful and they were purposely excluded from that group, would this be a form of bullying?

I don`t think I was bullied cos I wasn`t successful in joining the rt group on cs,I just think they don`t like moi:_|
