Some more welcome rain last night here on the Goldie.............in fact a bit of a deluge

Good morning.

Well what a lovely day we had yesterday. We drove to the End of the Road. Cockle Creek is just beautiful and you can camp free. So that is on the list of must dos for the visit next year. The scenery on the way down is just magnificent. We had a picnic lunch at Dover. Bought cherries and dutch cream spuds. Yummo. I love this place. Trying to talk R into house sitting here next year. That way we can have a full 12 months here. The winter scares him I think lol.

We pick up a generator on Thursday. With solar panels, two super large batteries plus the generator we should be able to go bush for days.

Today we are doing very little. I am going to repack some things. Then take a walk along the beach. Might go for a dip as well. Supposed to be 30+ here.

Bell a I know you are not online but I am thinking of you. It should be all over. Yay. Life will be so much improved for you. Hope your dog has returned home.

Purps sounds like a totally lovely day out.........so love Tassie would love to live there except the OHs daughter from Hell lives there, i like to have the most possible distance between us:)

hello everyone, its been very hot and humid today and it is still fairly warm...
But I can hear the distant rumble of thunder ,so I figure that I should go get the washing off of the line..
I am feeling okay atm, still not 100% but I guess that when you get sick you tend to stay rundown for a while..
