probably an electrical fault.
Makes a change from arson which is the usual cause in that town.
A few years ago the NAB bank, which was in an old weatherboard house type building, mysteriously caught fire.
This was (and still is) all that was left of it.
The safe, built in the fire place.
At that time it was the only bank in town. Westpac had an agent in the IGA and the post office had a CBA agency.
