Hi everyone.  No good with the car still but we will get there... eventually.  Don't ask but the people at the tyre place are now being incredibly helpful.  

 

I am seriously not ready for Christmas and with all this car business I doubt that I can even afford it.  Humbug.

Flashie I do not choose to be allergic to ladders - my knees do though lol  I am under strict instructions not to even TRY whether I am home alone or not.

 

What a night and what a day battling BS on the issue of financial non-compliance contrary to Dept of Commerce directives.  Difficult to soar with eagles (not the footy team) when turkeys abound.  Judging by an email just received, my persistance has paid off. En Avant!

 

You Stringers and all your talk about solar lights  We don't decorate the house but now you have got me thinking how nice solar lights would be in the garden all year round .... might as well start at Christmas.  Prim I am going to take a leaf out of your book lol

 

Only 37 days? OMG!  Does that mean I am going to have to venture into the shops????? Deb!!! HELP ME!!!

Haha I'll help with your shopping Laney. The white solar lights look lovely strung through trees, we leave those ones up all year.

I'll never found those bird messages to be particularly lucky either Flashie

You will be pleased with the effect if you toss a few strands of solar lights around the garden bed Laney. 

 

My preference for doing that is they don't need to be removed from trees or bushes when the plant needs attention, plus I found new growth on the plants obscured some lights so now I use them as ground cover 🙂

 

They don't have to be expensive lights. Mine did not cost much and are still going after 2 years.

 

Flashie, when my nephew and his family were in Italy, he got 'bombed' by a high flying bird. My sister's description was that it must have been a huge bird because he looked like he was wearing a cloak. I am sure he didn't feel lucky.
