Hmm, OK. But its hard to tell by posting styles as the ones who hide like to confuse their identity by copying other posters.  Im only interested in that particular ID coz of a comments directed at me elsewhere.

Laney, I intensely abhor management by meeting. Not enough decision makers around these days. Probably a result of paying peanuts and getting monkeys.

Most certainly, where I work, with the continual changes of policy and grade lowering for replacement staff, it seems to me there is a little financial gain but the place is becoming 'dumbed down'.
