chicken soup will be on my family's menu soon..most of our chooks are too old,not particularly healthy ,cranky

and not productive anymore.

 

 

 

You can't beat a good chicken soup Iza.  I never use the scrawny necks.  They make me feel icky.

There's nothing quite as warming on a winter's night, as an old boiler or two in the pot... with garden vegetables.

Yikes! My granddaughter is house-sitting in Margaret River and has just posted on FB that the power is out and the house feels like it's going to blow away.

Not good She_el.  I was listening to the weather forecast for tonight and then I decided I didn't want to listen to it  

 

Winds 120k an hour?  Icy and thunderstorms?  I'm just not good with storms so I turn off when one is on it's way.  If I don't know it won't hurt me.

 

I must call my dad's wife tomorrow.  Denmark.
