hi clair- to me, since i dont believe in any religion, blasphemy is not swearing.

I admit that i often say "oh my god", but i say god with a twang so it sounds more like "oh my gawd."

Interesting that can of worms tonight is asking "is it an insult to call someone a bogan?"

Is bogan a swear word or just an insult word? Or neither

The only swear word I say is the female dog one.......it is very mild compared to a lot of other words.

I dont consider it really bad, after all a female dog is called it.

Most people I know use the word, when just talking in general. Alot of people use the worst kind of swear words in every day life like it is just another word.

I hate the other words with a vengeance and they are not part of my vocabulary.

yeh actually, i know people who call each other the female dog word in a loving way

apparently, the way to say it lovingly is to pronounce it like bi-arr-tch

It is about the tone but I still consider it swearing

And I'm no angel I'm not saying that

In that case the "F" word should be fine too then..........after all it comes from a legal term .....For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge.
