I do agree about the 9 minutes - but it;s not the point - the point is DDB had no idea how long the woman was gonna be and I can imagine all the scenerios going through your head wondering if it's gonna be hours etc...

The point is not how long DDB thought the woman would be. This thread was posted after the event and she knew the total time she had waited was a whole 9 minutes.
