It's been the longest week of my life Richo ... meetings, assignments, more running around than I had time for ....  :_| ... but it was all worth it ...  :-x, just means I have to type faster and more accurately ...  😛

Oh dear, I forgot I had not written about cheep

Friend found cheep whilst out walking and suddenly I had a cheep in cage.

I took cheep to the vet, the vet said cheep was fine. I took cheep back to where he was found. Cheep just sat there on the ground, I took cheep home, put food and water in cage. I had bought the food from the vet just in case, and cheep promptly died.

I guess there must have been an injury/illness that wasn't detected.

I had posted the photo before the demise just in case you think I  am more of a weirdo than I really am.

Thanks tas. I gave Cheep a proper little buriel and planted a plant on top so that at least there was some dignity for the little fella.

Some think I am a little weird because I put petals on their faces so that the dirt does touch them.

I don't think you are weird - my daughters and I have done that with all of our pets over the years. It just shows you love them.
