hello everyone, well I have been home now for almost 2 hours, had my op yesterday afternoon, the op took 1.5 hours but was in recovery for almost 3 hours, was not fully awake until this morning, feeling a little tired now, so will go lie down soon, i had 6 small tumours removed, and now have 22 stitches in my face, its a bit sore and swollen and the bruising is just starting to come out, but hopefully it will feel a little better tomorrow..

kerry , dont let your friends give you a hard time, I lost most of my friends and family when I became a christian,, seems they did not appreciate coming second to God,,, but then again they were not good friends or family if they cannot accept me for who i am ...Be yourself and if being christian and going to church is what you want , then go for it, if your friends dont like it well, i guess they are going to have to learn to either get over it or accept and embrace your new choice,,,

I love it here and you will find me easily as have just yesterday loaded up the same photo of my dog shatzi....she is so cute I use her pic now. Have been off and on dealing with headaches so sorry for not responding sooner.... its this humid weather...just kills me.... I am looking forward to cooler days. . .

HI and sorry to hear you have the headaches with the humidity..........do you drink a lot of water........also lavender dabbed on the temples can also help:)

Afternoon everyone. Well it started out a lovely day. Now it is raining and getting cooler. We have been for a drive but headed back to camp for lunch because too wet for a picnic. Hoping for fine weather tomorrow as we are heading to Cataract Gorge in Launceston for the day. Hate trying to get pics in the wet. No fun at all. Have a nice day all. BBL

Beanie hope those headaches have settled down 🙂 Well looks like the lil prince is staying a tad longer 🙂 So I am now going to decorate his room and make a feature wall. I go for my checkup tomorrow, hoping for the all clear. Apart from that I am going to do some planning for next week's schooling and try to get some study done. Life is really busy but its all good!

HI Bella and glad the Prince is staying through for a bit.....must be so hard for you both to see the kiddies go like that..........my heart goes out to you both:)

Hi bella glad you got to keep the l'il prince longer- yes I do understand what it is like (I was actually hoping to eventually adopt this little girl) - and the amount of times I was told to pack up all her stuff (and then end up unpacking it) was heartbreaking for her and for me. Best of luck with your check-up tomorrow - will be thinking of you! Hoping when the l'il prince moves on it is to happiness for him. You are a saint bella!

Babysat all day today - neice's birthday tomorrow (6) - got her new camera charging so it will be ready by morning - she is ringing me as soon as she wakes up (!) - will probably be a very early start lol!

hey missy, thanks for the well wishes, I am just heading off to bed, had my nighttime tabs,just gotta hop into bed and have a neb, then gonna see what on the idiot box, have foxtel in my room, so its really good as there just does not seem to be anything on anymore....

I am still fairly sore , but hey should be better by tomorrow, atm it looks like I have been well and truly beaten up, my face is all black and blue and very swollen.. but my cheeky doc said to me this morning, gee we made a huge improvement on your face....I just laughed, (but not too much cos it stretches the stitches) and told him that he was a cheeky beggar,then I said" you must of been funny in the operating theatre yesterday cos you had me in stitches",, LOL it took a few seconds for the penny to drop, he looked at his colleagues because they were laughing, obviously that comment went over his head, he did laugh in the end tho, (but only after one of his juniors explained the joke to him)LOL
