Az, it's nothing personal, The seller has a block in place just in case someone tries to sabotage their account. If you contact the seller & let them know you want to purchase something, they will be able to exempt you from the block, I'ts just a general block set up from the seller's site preferences

no, they will just see that this is a person who's bought from them before & all is well & they'll exempt you from the block

Yes, I have blocks for over ten items too, buyers just send a message and I exempt them. Easy Peasy.
