Why did I get charged an international tax fee when I bought an item that was listed as being in Au?

Was it from the last seller to leave you feedback?

 

If so, they are in China

 

Just because an item is listed as being in Australia does not mean it *is*  (which is another reason buyers need to look at a seller's feedback before buying)
