Newbie question, I have sold an item, the winner has "innitiated" the payment, but I can't find the address so I can send it.

What do you mean they have "initiated" payment? You have either been paid or you haven't. If the money isn't showing in your PayPal account, then don't send it.
Once the buyer has paid, you can get their address from the PayPal transaction, or "view order details" on your My eBay All Selling page.
