They are saying two were delivered on seperate days, marked as delivered on a Saturday which is bs, but they didn't get a signature cause of covid and they didn't take a photo

But not as described would be an interesting angle ....

It is not only an interesting angle but the only way to go.....you have not received the item that was described in the listing.

Is your security footage archived? If so, tell the courier company that you have footage of the days and times when they claim delivery and see what happens.

Something is definitely weird about this!

today i got a sms from a courier saying my parcel is delivered at 11.20am "in safe place". so i check all the safe places and unsafe places and find nothing. Checked at the post office and nothing. After some phone calls and  webchats my parcel turns up at 6pm at the front door. I wont be buying anything online for delivery for a while as i think couriers are partially on strike or playing silly buggers. Not sure who or why it was marked delivered when it wasnt. use the online webchat things, and demand an answer.

I wonder if it was a neighbour that dropped it of at 6pm rather than the courier

If a consignment has two items it will be noted on the Con Note as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.

It is quite possible that the courier noted that he had only delivered one item of the consignment.

StarTrack has some customers who refuse delivery of part consignments and if the driver has only part they will not even attempt delivery.

True. Actually this just happened to me yesterday. I ordered 2 items, 1 kg each. The parcel arrived yesterday with only 1 item. Luckily the label on the parcel is a proof, as it says 1 kg, 1 of 1, so I told the seller who said he will ask the warehouse if there is a second one on the way or if they made a mistake, and if they made a mistake, we will discuss a solution.

I don't want to open a case yet, as I am waiting for the seller's response, but looking at my purchase history they only option is "I didn't receive it".

The parcel with a missing item I mentioned in this thread was left at the main entrance of an apartment building (where I live). I initially thought they had left it in front of my door and that it had been stolen when I could not find it because leaving a parcel at the main entrance of an apartment building is not exactly a "safe place"... I understand they want no contact but they could have left by my door as they usually did in the past...

Actually, if the con note says 1 of 1 then you have a problem.....that means that there was only one parcel sent.

If it says 1 of 2 then you have proof that there is another parcel out there somewhere.

Good luck sorting it out and getting the rest of the order.
