Exactly. The seller admitted that the warehouse might have made a mistake. Why would they send the items separately and pay for postage twice? They were the same item (and in stock). As the parcel also indicated the weight (1 kg and not 2), I have the proof that an item is missing in case the seller does not help.

UPDATE I took a shot and entered the tracking number myself and it said not delivered... seller has just said that maybe because we a rural the courier passed it onto a third party for delivery and that's why they are saying delivered... they are going to follow up

I have an update too... They had indeed made a mistake and the second item is on the way (with tracking number). 🙂
