Just finished discussing with eBay having a negative feedback removed exactly for this reason. Seller uses fake location on all his items, which just happens to be my suburb in WA, then sends from China through NSW and when I left a negative feedback pointing to the fact the location is fake he contacted eBay and had the feedback removed.
eBay agreed that removing the feedback was an error but can't reinstate it so what is the point of leaving feedbacks when the seller can simply have them removed without eBay looking into it ? And that is on top of sellers flipping to new accounts when feedback gets too low.
