Just recieved a call stating I had a payment for $200+, I hung up. But keep a record of there phone number.

Why keep a record?
They have access to many numbers.
Block the numbers. In a few centuries they will run out.

These scammers must have gone on a rampage in the last few days. Maybe the bad weather bores them. Quite a few people have come here to report scams that have actually been going around for a long time.

No point keeping a record of the number because they'll use a different number every time they call you. I got a call from my own number one time!
