I was recently Hacked and lost over $5,000
I now want update my payment details, but can't find the site. Please can you help.
I wish there was a human to speak to!

Go to Account Settings (under your avatar on the main site), then Account and Payment Information. Make sure you also change your password if your account has been hacked.
