hi is there any one can help me as I purchase and made an offer for a certain gold ring and the seller accept my offer

And all the sudden he wants to cancel the transaction he did cancel and ebay respond that transaction cant be canceled

and now im hangin in limbo as I dont know or when he will ship the item nor any movement on the transaction or any refund is happening

please help

That's weird, as a seller can cancel a transaction...

At any rate, if you still want the item and it does not arrive, you can open a case of course.

If there is no refund and you don't get your item, open a case after the ETA, as already said.

Have you checked if the order is among your cancelled orders?

I agree that it is strange that eBay said that the order cannot be cancelled.

Seems more likely a case of the seller said eBay responded

Very very unusual indeed for it to actually come from eBay

Was it the seller or Ebay who told you they cant cancel, if its the seller, get ready to lodge an item not recieved case when the ETA passes.
