The bumper is allegedly Australian and has part of an Australian flag as his avatar, therefore Aussie flags must mean Aussie sellers.

The thing is, quite often it only says the item is in Australia. And it may be.

If you do the extra click though, you can see where the seller is actually registered.

The information is available. The sellers are not claiming to be in Australia.

You do need to check it out before you buy.
