I would start by going to the xcover website and see if it tells you how to cancel xcover, or, use it to get a contact phone number, email address or physical address to contact them directly. They might even have an FAQ page.
Thanks for that. Yes, I got to that page and after going through the suggested steps it said to cancel on eBay. But I have no mention of Xcover in my eBay subscriptions anywhere.
