I do not know how you managed to call, the call center closed over four and a half years ago

You could ask other members here and be given factual advice based on eBay policy, rather than whatever scripted response you get from cs staff

Who very rarely read the member to member forum here

Have you reported the staff who you say 'treated you like an animal' ?

Ebay customer unsupport has become a real joke, they have made it damn near impossible to get through to a real person online and from what you are stating it doesn't sound like calling is any better.
