Hi guys basically I bought something which came not as described and I got a FedEx return label but yesterday when I went to FedEx they said they can't process returns and it was due yesterday and also ebay support isn't helpful with this matter so I don't know what to do at this stage.

Why on earth would you purchase from a seller with such bad feedback ?
Have you opened a return request > Item Not as Described under eBay's Money Back Guarantee
Did the seller send you a return label that can't be used ?
Do you see any option in the return case to ask eBay to step in ?
Why won't eBay support help you ?
In working hours ASAP, and using my previous link, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page and you'll see the automated assistant on the right hand side of the page
Ask to speak to a supervisor. You'll need to do this quickly

basically they showed a really clean item but it came all chipped and dented and scratched then they claim it to be "b grade" and are saying it's fine to use completely ignoring what I said

They had like 98-99% feedback so i thought it would be fine also i opened a return request and they sent me a fedex label but when i went to fedex they said they can't process item returns for some reason and ebay support keeps giving me agents then the agents ghost me and I didn't see any option to ask ebay to step in

You only get one chance at a return request
You'll need to persist with an eBay agent / supervisor or they'll close the case
What do you mean they 'ghost' you ?
You could also try contacting eBay through social media :

You only have 30 days after delivery for a claim with Paypal too if an eBay claim isn't successful
A bank chargeback would be a last resort

You cannot name or directly identify a seller on the boards but you can post the item number.
Members can look up the number to see the listing and seller details"
