About 4-5 weeks ago I won this item


 


  Waterman Ball Point in Epoxy Black X 3 Units, New Old Stock, Need Refill


 


which I paid for straight away, (I noticed shortly after that the seller relisted the item, ok fair enough maybe he had more stock this time it didn't sell)


 


after 4 weeks, no item has arrived and I opened a dispute, the seller promptly refunded


 


However now he has relisted again at over twice the price I won at, I am tempted to believe they were never posted as the price was not high enough.


 


I'm not thrilled with this seller, what do you think I should do regarding feedback


 


 

A neg would be the option there.


If they had not relisted at a higher price then a +ive as they refunded but to relist and not even say they were posted and try and locate the item before refunding then that shows it was never posted.

While it looks a bit dodge how can you be sure the seller is not telling the truth. As far as refunding, I would refund straight away if a buyer had waited that long for a parcel. What seems strange is that they didn't offer a resend.

If it's the item from Argentina, it could still arrive, there is 60 days from sale date to leave feedback.


I would wait until last few days.


Then, if there was no communication from them before or after the refund, I would leave a neg with - No item, no contact from seller, got refund.

I do not understand why the seller would not defend himself when they had posted the item.
