I posted a parcel yesterday through Click and Send.

I weighed it at home and it came in at 480 grams, so processed it as a 500g satchel at $7.15.

However, when I went to lodge it over the counter, my parcel was 580 grams, so I was charged an additional $5.15 in postage.

The sticker on the front of the parcel only showed the $5.15 postage, yet postage had actually cost me $12.30 PLUS the cost of the satchel, plus the cost of the packaging - so maybe $13 all up? Yet the buyer would only see it as me having paid $5.15.
