another over to the dark side... damn shame
cats, I think that belinda has recognised that (for some sellers) waiting until they consider a transaction to have been completed is okay for leaving feedback . . . . . not over to the dark side at all. Her previous position was that sellers should leave feedback as soon as payment is made.
I too to leave feedback once a buyer pays, but that is my choice, and I respect 100% the right of every seller to leave feedback at a time of their choosing OR to simply not leave feedback. I guess I don't get hung up on feedback.

I wouldn't say I get hung up on feedback, my hang up is the carpy non-payment strike inadequate system.

When I first started selling on ebay I could leave negative feedback for buyers so I would always wait until I knew the buyer had received the item and was happy then I would leave feedback (it didn't matter if the buyer chose not to leave feedback).
I suppose I still wait to leave feedback in case I feel as if I don't want to give a positive to a buyer but rather leave them no feedback at all.
Old habits die hard.
