That seller that you named and shamed has over 500 negs and neutrals in the last 12 months.  I guess you need to check out your sellers before buying, that is what seller feedback is for!

IMO - If you did check out the feedback and still bought then you have no grounds for complaining.  If you didn't check out the feedback before buying then you have no grounds for complaining.  Funny that!
