I received a voucher via email. When I bought an item there was no place to insert the code even though I bought this item within the time frame. I am not happy.

I am a buyer not a seller.....could you please explain/describe what sort of voucher you mean.....e.g. is it an EBay voucher, a sellers voucher, a store voucher.....? Cheers.

if you look throguh the threads on the buying forum you will find at least half-a-dozen that will fill you in on the eBay voucher that was emailed to selected eBay members. In short, the whole thing is a f-up.

crikey, we have the "Buying" and "Selling" discussion boards, maybe eBay should set up an "eBay Voucher Fiasco" discussion board.

It would certainly let all those affected find relevant threads and information, or non-information!

Wasn't the voucher only for those using mobile devices and who had downloaded the ebay app, whatever that is?

I received the same email, and I'm sure I read it was for use with mobile devices with that app.

I could be wrong though.
