I have heard they are not sorting at night time like they used to and even post offices are asking where their mal is.
I have to say though all sellers have been great when contacted about items not arriving. But i also wonder if there are not other reasons for missing mail. My friend had free samples taken from her package and a to be of cream opened as the seal was broken so just who are they employing - makes you wonder.

Yes certainly makes you wonder. There has definately been some change in the last month maybe that is due to no night sorting, but still 12 days to same state is terrible.
We are paying for our postage and yet the service has gone backwards in a big way.

I'm still waiting for a parcel 'marked as posted' on 20 Sep to arrive from Brisbane to Melbourne. Mind you, the dates given for delivery in the listing are for between 09-11 Oct which I find extraordinary if my purchase really was posted on 20 Sep.
In the meantime purchases bought at the same time and even later from US have started arriving. If my item doesn't turn up by 11 Oct then I wonder if it ever will. ![]()

It is October so perhaps they are going to blame the increased mail sent because of Christmas ![]()
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.

But the last month things are the same as you very late or not at all.

Good Morning All,
There’s nothing more annoying than waiting longer than expected for articles to arrive. I apologise if you’ve been through this recently.
If anyone has a specific example or issue they would like us to look into please contact us via Facebook, Twitter or our website https://contactus.auspost.com.au/app/ask#email
We would be more than happy to look into these issues for you.
Thank you.
Alex.

It seems entirely possible my purchase has been lost in the post. The seller has confirmed when it was sent, so it looks like they will be asking questions at Aust Post tomorrow. Just an ordinary parcel, from capital city to capital city, to a letterbox big enough to hold it....and yet there's no sign of it, or a card or anything.
Honestly Aust Post, it's not rocket science delivering a correctly addressed parcel. ![]()
