my name is Tessyong, yesterday afternoon i bid one coffee maker, the shipping cost is $23.95 , but when i am going to pay it , the shipping cost $10 extra, it charge $34 for the shipping. please let me know why this happen?

Ask the seller for a revised invoice saying listing says different price.

did you buy the coffee maker from a US seller, if postage is $23.95 USD and going by the currency converter the postage should be $26 AUD

The prices you have bid were American Dollars, BTT this is converted into AUD = $AU58.88 + I think that PayPal charges the buyer to convert the currency, so it looks like they have charged $6 (ish) for that - yikes - seems a bit rough, but I am not sure of their formula.
