You will need to contact Ebay and ask them to remove it and let them know the reason why.

If it's the feedback that you left for someone, you can ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request and then just change it to a positive.
eBay says: "Sellers can send a buyer a Feedback revision request up to 30 days after receiving Feedback."

If a seller asks for a Feedback Revison on the' promise' of a refund or to re-send an item not received make sure they do so before you change the feedback .
If the seller has solved the situation for you and your happy then by all means change it .
