getting sued for a negative feedback helP!

do think that it is even possible for geting sued just by leaving a negative feedback coz i rekon i had a bad exprience with this seller
any has suggestion please

Don't worry, you are not going to get sued for negative feedback. Did the seller tell you that?

I doubt very much that a seller in Germany is gong to go to the expense of taking anyone to court in Australia for one among so many negs.
With nearly 2,000 unhappy buyers who left neg, neut or revised feedback I think they would be unlikely to just pick you out for litigation!
Perhaps the many buyers who revised their feedback fell for the threat, if they were all still negs I can't imagine anyone buying from tem.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.

Is it possible? Absolutely - a case can be built based on defamation and loss of income if the feedback affects the seller's sales.
Is it likely? Probably not, especially if the seller is overseas.
