Log into PayPal, and right down the bottom of the page is a link called fees. Go there if this C&P doesn't work, ok?
PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online.
![]() | ![]() | |||
| Purchase | Personal payment | |||
| Pay | Get paid | Send money | Receive money | |
| Free | 1.1% to 2.4% + $0.30 AUD | Free when the full amount comes from PayPal balance or bank account. OR 2.4% + $0.30 AUD when the money comes from a credit or debit card. The sender decides who pays this fee. |

they will give the seller 10 days to provide proof of lodgement/postage. If the seller is non responsive, the claim will be closed then.
otherwise, once they decide that a refund is owed, it only takes a day or so. I've had instances where I have been on the phone to them and they process it immediately confirmation of delivery has occurred.
