I told seller I would re-pay on Thursday, to close the unpaid item case. And if he gets my monies between now and then, to refund me the extra.

 

Seem fair?

To the members on here that have replied to the question by the OP and gotten frustrated. Your are not paid employees of the ebay forum so maybe not answer. Just a thought - no one is twisting your arm

If the OP waited for ebay employees to answer his question he would still be waiting for the first answer.   These boards are run by volunteer members, not by ebay.
