Final value fee

Final value fees are charged per item sold.

  • A final value fee applies whenever you sell an item.

  • The fee is based on the final sale price of the item.

Note: From 6 May 2014, final value fees will be based on the total cost of the item to the buyer, including postage. Learn more about the fee changes.

Fee amounts depend on the selling format (auction-style, Fixed Price or Classifieds) and category (e.g. Media, Collectables, Motors) you select, as well as your Store Package, if you have one.

  • To help estimate your fees for listing a specific item, use our fee calculator.

  • To help work out which Store Package might be right for you, use our fee illustrator.

I can't very well refuse to cancel the sale as she claims the item is damaged, so I can't very well insist on the sale going ahead. She gets her FVF's if I cancel or if she cancels in a week, so let her make the effort.

left negative feedback and negative follow up

OP - as stated you have left negative, then followed up with more negative, so just move on, you have done your bit, really up to other buyers now to judge for themselves isn't it ?
