Ebay bases dispute/feedback time on US time which is why the boardies usually advise opening a dispute at day 42 or 43.
Try logging in to the USA site....it is often possible to leave feedback for an extra day or so.

Ebay has removed the item from my list but I have managed to get the feedback page up(even though it says I have no feedback to leave).80 characters just aint enough room to say what I want to say.If I leave this as feedback can he get it removed....(Faulty item.offered part refund but claims paypal faulty, maybe, maybe not)....Surely a big seller would not have a paypal fault for a week, would they?

don't mention paypal. it may be seen as mentioning a dispute and leave reason for removal

Awesome feedback comment - to the point, tells the story and you come off as a gentleman with the 'not a happy chap' remark - well done.
I may have to c&p this for future use LOL
