I have the same problem as a seller I can't see the payment for items I have sold  gone throw into my pay pal account and showing on eBay payment pending,and 2 customer saying they can't pay me with pay pal at the moment,if any one can help

Check the listings for the items and make sure you have the correct Paypal email address in them.

Have you upgraded to a Premier or Business paypal account. You need either of those to accept payment for goods.

The first is the most likely reason. If you can't score yourself the address you used, you will need to RING Paypal and see if they will sort it out for you.

yes every thing correct,I haven'tchange any thing, I have received payment for 3 items.and the other4 showing payment pending,my pay pal account is 0 I am start getting worried and I have to sent the customer they item.

I paid for an item recently and it had Payment Pending (or something like that) as far as the payment to the seller.

After a day or two (or three) it showed the normal Checkout Complete sign and the seller shipped. Maybe sometimes payment just takes a while, especially if it's international. That payment I made was to somewhere like Russia, probably the first item I purchased from there. A few days later it was processed and all was good.

Like your customers I was also having problems making payments with Paypal via the ebay checkout. There was a conflict in my Paypal account regarding the "Payment after delivery" option. Read my reply further up in this post and ask your customers to check their paypal accounts too. It was successful for me.
